Paradoxical Religion

This world is full of paradoxes. .people who say something . .when it comes to practical living, they find the same thing not palatable . .even offensive.Like how Swami Vivekananda says "we speak of  many things parrot like but never do them ;speaking & not doing has become a habit  with us" and so we stand here. .
Every orthodox brahmin reads the great hymn form Yajur Veda Mantra Pushpam -which clearly says
"Anthascharathi bhooteshu guhayam Viswamurtishu" -a verse in simple Sanskrit which means "This which is residing in all beings secretly is the Universal God Himself ". Any next door kid bought up in a Hindu household  must have heard the Rama-Sabari story at least once in their lifetime where Sabari bites ,tastes & checks if the fruit is sweet before offering Rama .Rama never complains . .he only sees her love and accepts her offering.Any Hindu Viashnavite can repeat this story even in his sleep to its minutest detail. But, now take this story in a practical way ,make something with all your attention & love for Lord Rama ,just check if it  is tasting right before offering it to Rama in temple as Naivedya . .its considered such  a huge offence that  they will make a hue & cry and embarrass you the extent that you will not want to visit that place anymore. One might argue that we are not as great bhaktas as Sabari to do things this way and this will compromise the sanctity . Is their any gauge with which bhakti has been measured to decide that we are not having enough of it ? Is God so fragile that a simple act of checking the taste before offering God will compromise His sanctity ?. What nonsense are we dealing with ??

Numerous instances prove over & over that God only sees true bhakti. He Himself states clearly in the great Gita :
patram puspam phalam toyam
yo me bhaktya prayacchati
tad aham bhakty-upahrtam
asnami prayatatmanah

If one offers Me with love and devotion a leaf, a flower, fruit or water, I will accept it.

It is said that Lord  Krishna,in his famous at Udipi, has turned to face the back window of the sanctum sanctorum to give darshan to Kanaka Das,an untouchable devotee.
Lord accepted even even a fistful of puffed rice from his friend Kuchela with great enthusiasm .
Though we relish  the world famous Tirupati laddu and even got a geographic tag for it,Lord never even touches it.
All he prefers is some curd rice in a broken clay vessel as a remembrance of one of his ardent Bhakta who made such a offering for him many years ago.
Scriptures are full of such instances. .then what pseudo-sanctity are we crying about  . .when the Lord Himself is manifest in the heart of every living being!
